Breakfast Chef
As Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for planning, preparation & production of a variety of breakfast dishes to the very highest of standards.
We are looking for an individual who is committed, hardworking and enthusiastic.? Good communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate would have the relevant professional qualification or in the process of attaining one, and a current food hygiene certificate. Experience is preferred, but full training will be given to the successful candidate.
The position is a permanent position, on rota across the week and weekends. There will be scope for development across all areas of the kitchen. Every opportunity possible will be given for further training and progression within the team.
Commis Chef
As Commis Chef you will contribute to the planning, preparation & production of a variety of dishes to the very highest of standards.

We are currently looking to fill a number of seasonal casual vacancies for Food & Beverage Assistants. The position requires individuals that have a good customer service ethic, the ability to deliver under pressure & to work well as part of a team.
Training will be provided, although previous experience is always beneficial. The role will involve working evenings and weekends.
Housekeeping Assistants
We are currently looking to fill a number of seasonal casual vacancies for Housekeeping Assistants. The position requires individuals that have a good customer service ethic, the ability to deliver to a high standard & to work well as part of a team.
Training will be provided, although previous experience is always beneficial. The role will involve working weekends.
